1. Definition of Confidential Information
Confidential Information refers to any data or information, oral or written, treated as confidential that the Disclosing Party has disclosed or may disclose to the Receiving Party during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

- Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives of this Agreement and not for any other purpose,

4. Term
